Information used by the store
Account names, email addresses, password hashes, phone numbers and saved addresses are stored in the application database. Orders retain a snapshot of delivery details, purchased items and totals. Support messages are saved for administrators to review.
Sessions and cookies
The store uses a session cookie for authentication, shopping carts and request protection. Guest order confirmations are accessible through the browser session that placed the order. No analytics are configured.
Payments and email
Cash on delivery is supported. Card or banking credentials are not collected. Password-reset messages use the configured mail transport; local development uses application logs. Live SMTP and online-payment services must be configured before offering those services.
Account controls
You can edit your profile, addresses and password in My account. Requests about order records or personal data can be submitted through Contact us. Public launch requires a completed retention, deletion and support policy.
